I will look into this tonight. I'm not too sure why this is happening, as these issues are not what I'm seeing.
It looks like the MSN transport is hanging on single connections every once in a while.
Possibly something to do with the connection(s) within the jabber server itself (c2s->session/xdb/auth->transport dispatcher->msn transport or such).
Thanks for bearing with me, I'll try to get a solution to this ASAP.

As some of you have noticed, the problem should have been fixed now, as of late yesterday night / early this morning.

The MSN transport process was hanging, but functioning. It seems there was a problem with communication with the main processes, thus keeping people online (but the jabber C2S module not being able to reach the MSN transport).
Funny stuff. The monitoring system didn't catch it, as i'm not doing end to end tests (yet). Another thing on my list...
